Confidential Search: For Company and Candidate Protection
At Smith and Syberg, we respect and protect the confidentially of both clients and candidates.

For clients, we use confidential information only for the purpose of conducting an assignment and only disclose information to viable candidates at the point in the search process when they need to know.

Smith and Syberg frequently conducts search assignments of such highly confidential nature, that a company’s name and location is only revealed at the beginning of the client interviews. To minimize any risk to candidates involved with a job search, Smith and Syberg will obtain candidate authorization before submitting credentials.

We will not contact references without the candidate’s permission, we will caution the client to safeguard all candidates’ confidentiality, and we will not discuss a candidacy outside of the firm.
