The Search Process

The key to any business success is a planned, measurable process. We believe that our process of identifying, evaluating, and recruiting key personnel is no different.

Through research we identify and network key individuals in the industry. We evaluate thousands of candidates in our database. Our goal is to identify three to five candidates who meet the key requirements and are also interested in the position.

We prepare resumes, detailing candidate work experience and goals. We coordinate interviews, schedules, and travel. If need be, we assist in the preparation of the interview team.

Following the interview, we debrief both the candidate and the client. We identify the needs of the candidate's family, including spouse interviews. We provide assistance with salary negotiations, counter-offer counseling, and start-date coordination. References and educational verification are also conducted.

In the course of the search process, Smith and Syberg will gather valuable information about your image, salary levels in the industry, vendors, trends, etc. This information can be shared with you to add value to the particular search and future planning.
