MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES
Our client, a global automotive component manufacturer, is seeking a Manager
of Human Resources for a 600-person, non-union plant located in Southeastern
Kentucky.
The Position
- Reports to the Executive Vice President of Administration.
- Responsible for all aspects of human resources at this facility.
- Staff includes 5-6 human resource and general affairs staff members in
the areas of Safety, Environment, General Affairs, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Responsible for proactive initiatives and communication to maintain
union-free status.
- Budget responsibility for the HR organization.
- Serve as an active member of the community.
Requirements
- Require a minimum of 10+ years of human resource experience, including a
minimum of 5 years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- SPHR/ PHR certification is a plus.
- Strong HR Generalist background in a manufacturing plant setting
required.
- Strong leader who is floor oriented and community minded.
